Customer issues resolved in one go! A case achieved at minimal cost through manual operation.
This is a case consulted by a representative from the manufacturing department of a pharmaceutical company.
They were using a funnel attached to a raw material drum to invert and transfer the contents into another container, but they encountered a bridging issue where the powder would not flow out. Even hitting the funnel from the outside with a plastic hammer had no effect.
We installed a total of four Brodie Disks of the "BD-15 type" in two tiers. Aeration was to be performed manually by turning on the air during the transfer.
As a result, the customer's issue was resolved immediately. Since this case involved manual operation, the cost was minimal, only for the Brodie Disks.
